Online Counseling

CFCC provides students or prospective students with a convenient online resource to ask general counseling questions that pertain to academic and personal goals. Not all questions can be answered in full via this online service. Questions requiring lengthy responses or specific evaluations or of a sensitive nature may require an appointment with a counselor on campus.

All online messages will be reviewed and transmitted to a qualified staff member ready to best answer your question. Responses will be handled in a timely manner based on staff availability. Information provided by staff members is subject to the limitations of current and available material. Please read the following before using this service.

Online Counseling IS appropriate for information such as:

  • Clarification of college procedures and policies
