Next Steps

You’ve completed the admissions process, now it’s time to enroll. Here’s what you need to do.

STEP 1 Create Your Student Portal Account

Your student portal is called MyCFCC. It’s the gateway to your student email and a variety of other important tools.

    • Visit the student portal at my.cfcc.edu
    • Select first-time user
    • Locate your student information in your acceptance email or letter
    • Create and verify your account
    • Need assistance? Contact the IT Helpdesk at 910-362-4357 or help@cfcc.edu

STEP 2 See an Academic Advisor and Register

Connect with CFCC’s Academic Advising Center for assistance with registration and course selection or to talk about what career path might be right for you.

The CFCC Academic Advising Center is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for walk-ins* at the Union Station building (502 North Front Street) and the McKeithan Center at the North Campus (4500 Blue Clay Road). Students may also schedule an appointment to meet with an advisor in-person or virtually by using the button below.

*Please note that wait times may be longer as we get closer to the beginning of the semester.

STEP 3 Pay for Classes

We have a variety of options to help you pay for your classes. Remember that you must pay by the payment deadline in order to reserve your spot. Visit our payment information page for information on payment options and payment plans.

Pay for Classes

STEP 4 Get a CFCC Student ID and Parking Pass

Get your CFCC ID and parking pass at the Cashier’s Window on the Wilmington Campus (Union Station, 173) or North Campus (NA, 100A). Before obtaining your ID and parking pass, you must have an approved payment method on file (this includes approved financial aid and/or payment plan or paid your tuition and fees).

STEP 5 Books and Supplies

Purchase books and supplies from the Sea Devil Stores in person or online. For quick and easy purchase, have your class schedule handy when shopping for your books.
